"The model is build from the Aviomodelli-kit, distributed from Mantua-Model, Mantova/Italy. I´ve modified all plywood-parts to make them lighter, also the wing-halves I´ve made new. Total I´ve safed more than 1,3 kg with much more work. The model has a wingspan of 2.226 mm. As flying-weight I´m expecting 6 kg. It should be powered from three 2:1-geared electric-motors "Speed 700 9,6V BB" and 14 cells Sanyo CR-3000. Very special is the own-designed retractable gear, made from carbon-tubes."
